Trader set up from Thursday 9am, Please try to be set up by 5 pm Friday.
It is a requirement that traders stipulate what they will be selling at the time of application.
We may ask you to remove any non-conforming goods from sale during the event.
You must provide your trading or public liability insurance before the event takes place.

Small Pitch – Small Van or Gazebo (Includes 2 weekend passes) – £100
Medium Pitch – Medium Van or Small Catering Trailer (Includes 3 weekend passes) – £150
Large Pitch – Large Van or Mid Size Catering Trailer (Includes 4 weekend passes) – £200
Electric Hookup – + £50
Trade Stalls
£100 + Booking Fee (Includes 2 weekend passes)
All pitches are clearly marked out and are 10m by 10m, this includes your camping space. Extra pitch width and weekend passes can be added for an additional fee if required.
If you require electric, you must supply your own generator as we have no electric hookup in this area of the site. All Generators must be off by 11pm.
